The Document Imaging Text Editing process/function is currently not working for users outside the UHS firewall/network. However, there have been no issues with the signature function and Providers can still sign documents.....the issue is with the editing function only.
Within the hospital (UHSH/UMA network) it is working appropriately.
We are working with McKesson, the vendor, to have this resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
