New In-patient/Out-patient Core Measures

NEW INPATIENT MEASURES: (includes all age groups): Emergency Department
∙ ED-1 Median Time from ED Arrival to ED Departure (Inpatients)
∙ ED-2 Admit Decision Time to ED Departure Time (Inpatients)

Global Immunization
∙ IMM-1 Pneumococcal Immunization (Global) (ages 6 years old and older with high risk conditions)
. IMM-2 Influenza Immunization (Global) (ages 6 months old and older)

Emergency Department
∙ OP-18 Median Time from ED Arrival to ED Departure for Discharged ED Patients
∙ OP-19 Transition Record with Specified Elements Received by Discharged Patients
∙ OP-20 Door to Diagnostic Evaluation by a Qualified Medical Personnel
∙ OP-21 Median Time to Pain Management for Long Bone Fracture
∙ OP-23 Head CT or MRI Scan Results Within 45 minutes of ED Arrival for Acute Ischemic or Hemorrhagic Stroke Patients who Received Head CT or MRI Scan Interpretation
